Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By engaging the automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Vladyslav Shtatskyi ("Service Provider", "I", "we", "us" or "our").

Service description

I provide custom automation services including but not limited to:

• Web scraping: custom scripts and tools for data extraction.
• Anti-detection systems: bypassing bot protection and security measures.
• CAPTCHA solving: automated handling of various CAPTCHA types.
• Browser automation: custom automation scripts and workflows.
• API development: custom APIs for automation and data processing.
• Consultation: technical advice and strategy for automation projects.

All services are provided on a custom basis and tailored to each client's requirements.

Client responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Legal compliance: use the services only for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Target website terms: respect the terms of service of the websites being automated.
• Rate limiting: implement reasonable rate limiting to avoid overwhelming target servers.
• Data protection: properly handle and protect any scraped or processed data.
• Accurate information: provide accurate and complete details about your requirements.
• Timely payment: make payments according to agreed terms.

Limitations and disclaimers

No guarantees

While I aim to deliver high-quality solutions, I cannot guarantee that:

• Target websites will not change their structure or add new protections.
• Automation will work indefinitely without maintenance.
• Services will be available without interruption.
• Specific performance metrics or success rates will be achieved in every case.

Website changes

Websites frequently update their structure or security. Such changes may require updates to the automation, which may incur additional cost.

Legal responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the services complies with all applicable laws, regulations and website terms. I am not responsible for legal issues arising from your use of the services.

Payment terms

• Project-based pricing: most projects are priced on a fixed-fee basis.
• Schedule: payment terms are agreed before the project starts.
• Refunds: considered case by case for incomplete work.
• Late payments: may result in service suspension.
• Additional work: changes to scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. However:

• I retain rights to general methodologies and techniques used.
• I may use non-identifying project experience for portfolio and marketing.
• Third-party tools and libraries remain subject to their own licenses.
• I reserve the right to build similar solutions for other clients.

Confidentiality

Your business requirements and data may be sensitive. I commit to keeping client information confidential, not sharing technical details with third parties, applying appropriate security measures, and signing additional NDAs when required.

Support and maintenance

Support terms are defined per project and may include bug fixes within a specified timeframe, adapting scripts to minor website changes, documentation and setup instructions, and basic training. Extended support may be available under a separate agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice. On termination, the client is charged for work completed to date, I deliver all completed work and documentation, confidentiality obligations survive, and both parties cooperate for a smooth transition.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law principles. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, appropriate arbitration.

Changes to terms

I may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
